Champaka Thai Massage and Spa Family Membership Revised Pricing as of December 1, 2022
$89 charged every 1st of the month on a credit card on file entitles the member to any of the 1-hour regular massages a month. For all the following appointments, massages will be charged at the member rate.
A 6-month commitment is required. The member needs to call the office before the 7th month charge occurs to cancel the membership; otherwise, they intend to keep it beyond the 6-month commitment. Suspending charges is allowed only after 6 months have passed. In the absence of a membership hour/s during a "suspended" period, a "member," including all individuals attached to the membership, loses the benefit of the member rate as well as all other benefits. Benefits are regained upon reactivation of the membership.
Membership hours accrue and are not lost if you miss a month or more, but each membership hour has a 36-month (3 years) expiration. These hours are non-refundable.
Members can choose to share or allow use of membership hours to immediate family members and/or have them enjoy the benefit of paying member rates.
Membership hours can be shared with a non-member, whether on occasion or permanently, only with permission from the member. They may also be converted to one-hour regular massages as gift cards for others.
When booking a 90-minute (1.5 hours) regular massage, a member can use a membership hour if available and pay the difference of $40. For a 120-minute (2 hours) regular massage, a member can choose to use one regular membership hour if available and pay an extra $80, or use 2 membership hours if available. Due to the nature of our system, membership hours cannot be split for any reason and must be used in 1-hour increments. They can not be used to pay for add-ons, extensions, or upgrades.
For upgraded massages like the Champaka Signature Massage, the Thai Hot Steam Herbal Compress, or the Rapid Thai Fascia Release, a member can use one membership hour if available and pay an extra $70 for a 90-minute (1.5 hours) service or $110 for a 120-minute (2 hours) service.
Add-ons like tiger balm (muscle therapy), CBD, aroma oils, or cupping therapy can be purchased at a discounted member price.
There is a 24-hour Cancellation Policy, in which we must be notified of any appointment cancellation or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance by calling us at 571-284-5133. Please leave a message if you get the voicemail. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee; however, a no-show/no-call will be charged for the appointment in full.
